At the conclusion of
your move, within seven days of delivery, you will be given the opportunity
by the Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) to complete an
Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) that allows you to grade your
relocation experience. We highly encourage you to fill out this survey as
we will use the information when selecting the local companies that will
provide service for future moves. The performances of all companies
involved reflect back on us and our quality score in the DOD Personal
Property Program. We would appreciate any feedback from you, good or bad,
that would assist us in choosing the best companies to work with our
military customers.
